We are seeking Data Engineers (Senior and Mid‑Level) to support secure, mission‑critical data environments within a classified cloud infrastructure. These roles are fully onsite in Huntsville, AL and require an active Top Secret clearance. DB), along with exposure to AWS cloud services and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL workflows to extract, transform, and load large‑scale structured and unstructured datasets.
• Develop data migration solutions between legacy and modern systems using SQL, Java, and cloud‑native tools.
• Implement data integration frameworks leveraging AWS services such as Glue, Lambda, S3, RDS, Redshift, and Kinesis.
• Develop automation scripts using Python, Shell, or Bash for deployment, data validation, and maintenance tasks.
• Maintain and enhance data pipelines for real‑time and batch data processing.
• Support data quality, metadata management, and governance activities.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum sprints, contributing to design, code reviews, testing, and documentation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data‑related issues across on‑premises and AWS environments.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
• 5+ (Mid) or 8+ (Senior) years of experience in data engineering or database development.
• Strong hands‑on experience with ETL tools (e.g., Informatica, Talend, Pentaho, AWS Glue, or custom Java ETL frameworks).
• Proficiency in SQL and at least one major RDBMS (Oracle or Postgre
  
  SQL).
• Experience with data migration projects and data quality validation.
• Proficient in Java or Python for data processing and automation.
• Experience working with cloud technologies, preferably AWS (RDS, S3, Lambda, Redshift, Glue).
• Working knowledge of Linux/Unix environments and shell scripting.
• Experience in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
• Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Our standard benefits include 3 weeks of Paid time off (PTO that includes sick leave). Unused PTO will be issued as a check at the end of an employee’s anniversary. We also provide 2 floating and 8 public holidays. Floating and holidays expire at the end of every year of service of an employee. In addition, company will cover 50% of health and dental insurances only for all full‑time employees, however, dependents can be added at extra cost.

Employee’s health and dental coverage becomes effective after 30 days or first of the month after an employee completes initial 30 working days. We cover 50% for the employee’s health and dental insurances. An employee has to finish all of your paperwork for health and dental in the first 30 days of your employment with us. We provide STD, LTD and one‑time salary equivalent of life insurance at NO cost to all full‑time employees.

All full‑time employees or W‑2 employees with no benefits will be eligible to participate in company’s 401k program after 90 days of employment with a company match of 4%, immediate vesting. In addition, all W‑2 employees are eligible to be part of company’s profit sharing, no employee contributions required.
