HRUCKUS, a Veteran‑Owned firm, is seeking a Senior Data Engineer for an onsite assignment in Huntsville, AL for the FBI.

• Develop an advanced visual analytic application, delivering data analytics for desktop and web‑based visual analytics software.
• Facilitate bulk analysis of relational information using advanced graphics, visualization, and high‑performance computing, leveraging open‑source, COTS, and GOTS technologies.
• Create an application that produces actionable intelligence from structured and semi‑structured data streams.
• Design strategies for enterprise database systems and set operations, programming, and security standards.
• Design and construct large relational databases.
• Integrate new systems with existing warehouse structures and refine system performance and functionality.

• Active TOP SECRET clearance with ability to obtain SCI eligibility.
• 8+ years of experience building and managing data pipelines.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Java.
• Strong experience with Big Data frameworks (Apache Spark, Hadoop, Kafka, Flink).
• Expertise in ETL tools (Apache NiFi, Talend, Airflow).

• Salary range: $95,000 – $125,000 per year.
• 3 weeks of paid time off plus 8 public holidays; unused PTO paid out annually.
