Salary: $50.00 USD Hourly – $52.00 USD Hourly

Flight Test /Software Engineer

Employment Type: Contract

We are seeking an experienced software engineer to join our team. In this role, you will work on developing and testing embedded software using Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) methodologies. You will collaborate in an Agile environment and contribute to the full software development lifecycle, including design, architecture, integration, and testing.

• Experience in embedded software test development using MBSE model development
• Proficiency in Python
  , C, or C (Python preferred)
• Hands‑on experience with Agile development using Jira or similar tools
• Familiarity with IBM DOORS, Cameo System Modeler (SysML/UML), Git/Git Lab (or similar configuration management tools)
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field from an accredited college/university

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
• Ability to perform software integration and test development activities
• Experience with full software lifecycle development, including software design, architecture, integration, and testing
