Software Developer, Software Engineer, DevOps

nLogic is seeking individuals with the following qualifications:

nLogic is seeking a talented Software Developer to join our team in Huntsville, AL. The ideal candidate will have experience developing, integrating, testing, or supporting software in a collaborative engineering environment. This position may support a variety of software development and engineering activities across application development, Dev Ops, automation, system integration, and development infrastructure.

Candidates with experience in Java, C++, Linux, Dev Ops, CI/CD, automation, Agile development, or system administration are encouraged to apply.

• Develop, integrate, test, and maintain software applications and system components
• Analyze technical requirements and contribute to software design and implementation
• Develop and maintain software using languages such as Java, C++, or other applicable programming languages
• Work in Linux-based development environments
• Support software integration, testing, troubleshooting, and defect resolution
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automated processes, and development tools
• Support Dev Sec Ops  practices throughout the software development lifecycle
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot physical, virtual, and/or cloud-based development environments
• Support system and software administration activities as needed
• Participate in Agile development processes, including SCRUM and/or SAFe
• Collaborate with software developers, engineers, testers, and other technical team members
• Use software development and collaboration tools such as Atlassian Jira and Confluence
• Develop and maintain technical documentation
• Support continuous improvement of software development and engineering processes
• Perform other related duties as assigned

• Currently hold or the ability to obtain an Active Secret Security Clearance
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience
• Experience in software development, software engineering, Dev Ops, or a related technical discipline
• Experience with one or more programming languages, such as Java or C++
• Experience working in a Linux environment
• Experience working in an Agile development environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

• Experience with Dev Sec Ops , CI/CD, automation, or continuous integration and delivery
• Experience with system administration or development infrastructure
• Experience supporting physical, virtual, or cloud-based development environments
• Experience with Atlassian tools, including Jira and Confluence
• Experience with SCRUM and/or SAFe
• Experience with real-time systems, middleware, sensors, or system integration
• Experience with RTI or similar technologies
• Experience with automated testing or software verification
• Experience supporting complex, mission-critical systems
• Experience working in a cleared or defense environment
