Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer

We’ve been hard at work here at Cosologic, and now we’re looking to add a talented Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer to our team. We’re a small, dynamic crew building some seriously cutting-edge tech in the AI, Knowledge Management, and Digital Transformation spaces, and we need someone excited to dive into a new product with huge growth potential.

You’ll be working on the next generation of our AI platform, which helps clients tackle KM and AI challenges. The platform is already making waves with government and commercial clients.

This is full-stack development, so you’ll be designing scalable APIs and building polished, intuitive user interfaces — think enterprise-grade but easy to use.

We’re a small, agile team, so you’ll have a real say in the direction of the product. You won’t be just another cog in the machine; you’ll be instrumental in shaping the future of the platform.

Security, compliance, and AI governance are critical here. You’ll be integrating best practices and ensuring our solutions stay compliant, secure, and optimized.

You’ve got experience — 5+ years as a full-stack developer, and you’ve built and deployed enterprise applications before.

You love creating intuitive user experiences. You know how to make complex systems simple and easy to navigate.

Bonus points if you know a bit about AI governance and Knowledge Management but if not, no worries — you’ll learn.

Security clearance is a plus. If you have one, great! If not, you’ll need to meet the requirements to obtain one.

You're comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Flexibility and adaptability are key.
