Summary/Objective

Buffalo Rock is an award-winning Pepsi and Keurig Dr Pepper bottler founded in Birmingham, AL more than 123 years ago. The company manages a broad beverage portfolio, including many well‑known global and regional brands. The Warehouse Support role is a key member of the Warehouse Operations team responsible for providing general support to ensure efficient warehouse operations.

• Provide general services to Operations Management.
• Assist in the handling of product returned to the warehouse.
• Assist in the handling and rework of damaged product.
• Assist in general housekeeping functions within the warehouse, offices, and grounds.
• Assist in the generation of documents used in the loading process as requested.
• Assist in the movement of vehicles in and out of the warehouse, if authorized.
• Verify picked orders before product is loaded onto truck.
• Assist warehouse loaders as requested.
• Must follow all safety guidelines as required by management.
• Responsible for wearing all assigned safety equipment and observing safety rules.
• Required to complete other activities assigned by supervisor.

• Maintain a high level of ethical and moral conduct while at work or in attendance of any off‑site function during work hours or after work hours while representing the Buffalo Rock Company.
• Continuously improve through knowledge and use of all Buffalo Rock provided training, including web‑based, in‑house, or other methods. Complete assigned training curriculum.
