Summary/Objective
Buffalo Rock is an award-winning Pepsi and Keurig Dr Pepper bottler founded in Birmingham, AL more than 123 years ago. The company manages a broad beverage portfolio, including many well‑known global and regional brands. The Warehouse Support role is a key member of the Warehouse Operations team responsible for providing general support to ensure efficient warehouse operations.
Essential Functions- Provide general services to Operations Management.
- Assist in the handling of product returned to the warehouse.
- Assist in the handling and rework of damaged product.
- Assist in general housekeeping functions within the warehouse, offices, and grounds.
- Assist in the generation of documents used in the loading process as requested.
- Assist in the movement of vehicles in and out of the warehouse, if authorized.
- Verify picked orders before product is loaded onto truck.
- Assist warehouse loaders as requested.
- Must follow all safety guidelines as required by management.
- Responsible for wearing all assigned safety equipment and observing safety rules.
- Required to complete other activities assigned by supervisor.
- Maintain a high level of ethical and moral conduct while at work or in attendance of any off‑site function during work hours or after work hours while representing the Buffalo Rock Company.
- Continuously improve through knowledge and use of all Buffalo Rock provided training, including web‑based, in‑house, or other methods. Complete assigned training curriculum.
- Take reasonable precautions to protect the company from damages, theft, or other liabilities.
