Job Purpose

This position provides support for the Office of the Vice President of Facilities Management.

Responsibilities
  • General clerical work such as filing, inventory checks, supply management, and data input.
  • Operate office machines: computer, copier, and scanner.
  • Use Microsoft Office and Outlook Calendar.
  • Provide customer service and manage the reception area.
  • Maintain confidentiality, reliability, punctuality, and self‑initiative.
  • Ensure organized and professional work environment.
  • Manage electronic databases, alphabetize and maintain physical files.
  • Work as a team player and build good relationships with staff, coworkers, superiors, and guests.
  • Provide quality customer service on a daily basis (written, verbal, or in‑person).
  • Adapt quickly to a fast‑paced working environment.
Qualifications
  • Organized with strong typing ability.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite.
  • Own transportation to and from work.
