Nature & Purpose of Position: This position requires extensive and outstanding customer service. Student employees assist customers with Registrar’s Office related questions, answer phones, return phone calls and emails, complete campus errands, process forms, work special events on campus, and support general office administrative work/projects.
Qualifications- Required to work during summer.
- Strong computer skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Outstanding people skills.
- Independent judgment.
- Willingness to learn and take initiative.
- Excellent written communication.
- Must be available to work some evenings.
