We are seeking a Strategic Operations Analyst to join our team. The primary focus of this role is to support the Department of War with organizational management, professional development, organization design, human resources, and policy implementation. This position will require CONUS travel (approximately 50% of time).

• Experience supporting senior and executive level Department of War personnel (both military and civilian)
• Executive level workforce planning and readiness
• Organizational design and transformation
• Strategic communications
• Talent acquisition and retention

• 15+ years supporting executive level leadership
• Mater's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field
