Nature & Purpose of Position:

Job Duties include, but not limited to:

• Greeting each guest and directing them accordingly.
• Assists ASC tutors, Ambassadors & Peer Mentors with their office needs, such as making copies, handing out office supplies.
• Maintain work room – office supply inventory, copier machine.
• Sort and deliver mail daily to office suite.
• Issue laptops.
• Events.
• Other job duties as assigned.

Other Requirements for the Position:

Must be available to work Monday and Wednesday, 8:30 – 5:30 fall semester.
