• Provide individual and group therapy to students with speech, language, and developmental needs
• Conduct evaluations to track progress and identify areas for intervention
• Develop customized intervention plans tailored to each student’s functional and educational needs
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student growth and success
• Help students overcome communication challenges and achieve both academic and social milestones

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist through the State Board
• Experience working with children in school or pediatric settings is preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Passion for helping children develop essential communication skills

Our journey began when a visionary administrator of the Cleveland Diocesan Schools joined forces with a group of innovative school psychologists from Kent State University.
