Nature & Purpose of Position:Responsible for planning and creating engaging content for SHSU social media and writing news stories for Today also includes attending university events and assisting with photo and video projects. Performs other marketing/content-related duties as assigned.
Other Requirements for the Position:Prefer mass communication major with a public relations or multi-platform journalism emphasis; have writing experience; and be available to work 10-20 hours per week between the hours of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., some weekend work for events.
