A community botanical garden in Texas is looking for a Natural Areas Horticulturist. In this role, you will oversee the management and care of plant collections in natural areas, implement cultural practices, and lead teams of gardeners and volunteers. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in horticulture, experience with landscape maintenance, and a strong knowledge of regional plants.

You should be adaptable to various weather conditions and willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
