The Leasing Consultant is responsible for all aspects of leasing, marketing and maintaining positive resident relations for a property.

• Show, lease, and move‑in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour community and sign a lease.
• Complete leasing paperwork, conduct walk‑throughs and support lease audits and turn process.
• Maintain accurate prospect traffic and respond to leads within 24 hours; utilize sales and marketing strategies to increase property traffic and achieve leasing goals.
• Assist with resident retention programs, provide excellent customer service, monitor service request turnaround and responsiveness.
• Support marketing outreach, complete market survey analysis and maintain product knowledge of the property and competition.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in on‑site software functions.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

• Regularly move about to accomplish tasks, lift or place objects up to 25 lbs., and use ladders, stairs and scaffolding.
• Occasionally work in confined spaces, overhead positions, and environments with extreme temperatures, hazardous chemicals, or uneven terrain.

Salary Range: $15 per hour to $17 per hour. Full‑time employees receive a comprehensive total rewards package including medical, dental, vision, life, accidental and disability insurance, 401K with employer matching, paid sick days, company holidays, and performance bonuses where applicable.
