A-MAX Auto Insurance is seeking an energetic, success-driven sales manager to oversee office operations, drive sales, and uphold company policies.
Job Responsibilities- Open and close the store on time.
- Schedule, underwrite, train/coaching, report, create sales/marketing strategies, and delegate tasks to agents.
- Maintain open communication with upper management.
- Ensure agents adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Assist customers with insurance needs: new policies, edits, payments, renewals, reinstatements, and general questions.
- Inspect vehicles to determine insurance risk suitability.
- Assist with daily housekeeping routines for COVID safety.
- Other duties as assigned.
- 1-3 years insurance sales experience required.
- Minimum 6 months lead/supervisory experience.
- Limited lines license required; property & casualty preferred.
- Complete continuing education courses to maintain active license status with TDI.
- High school diploma or GED; some college preferred.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required.
- Reliable transportation for daily marketing and bank deposits.
- Sales mentality with strong desire to succeed.
- Good organizational, interpersonal, and customer‑focus skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and strong written, verbal, and people skills.
- Can work independently with minimal supervision and quickly learn proprietary software.
