As a Holiday Customer Service Associate, you will provide exceptional service on-site, working under the Store Manager's guidance. You’ll support customers through our POS system, maintain store organization, and participate in our sustainability campaigns. This position requires you to lift inventory, ensuring a clean and safe environment during the busy holiday season.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve customers using our POS/cash system

• Request donations for the Spirit of Sustainability campaign

• Engage in Customer Experience and Postal Code Survey campaigns

• Receive inventory and replenish stock on shelves

• Maintain store cleanliness and organization

Requirements:

• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada

• Minimum age of 18 years old required

• Bilingual in English and French is an asset

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs repeatedly

• Must be available during the holiday season
