Location: South Huron
Experience the holiday cheer as a Customer Service Representative at LCBO in Exeter, Ontario. From November 16 to December 31, deliver exceptional customer experiences throughout the festive season.
The LCBO is looking for passionate individuals to serve customers as Holiday Customer Service Representatives. This role revolves around utilizing the POS system, assisting customers, and ensuring they have a memorable shopping experience during the holidays. Through paid online training, you’ll enhance your customer service skills while supporting sustainability efforts and participating in campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve customers with promptness using our POS system
• Ask for donations for the Spirit of Sustainability campaign
• Participate in Customer Experience and Postal Code Surveys
• Receive and replenish stock, ensuring cleanliness and organization
• Lift cases up to 40 lbs while maintaining safety
Requirements:
• Must be 18 years or older legally able to work in Canada
• Bilingual in English and French a bonus
• Available Fridays, weekends, and additional shifts as needed
• Comfort in a customer-focused role
• Capability to stand for long periods
Utilize your interpersonal skills to support holiday shoppers, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere at LCBO.
