We support our dentists with modern technology, strong clinical teams, and centralized operational support—so you can focus on delivering great dentistry.

The Opportunity

We are seeking passionate, patient-focused Associate Dentists to join our team at Van Beek Famiiy Dentistry. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced dentists and those early in their careers looking to grow in a supportive, high-performing environment.

You will have the autonomy to practice dentistry your way, while benefiting from a steady patient flow, experienced support staff, and a collaborative leadership team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive dental care including diagnosis, treatment planning, and execution
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with patients and families
  • Maintain accurate and compliant clinical records in accordance with RCDSO standards
  • Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and administrative teams to deliver seamless care
  • Uphold infection prevention and control (IPAC) and all regulatory standards
  • Participate in ongoing clinical development and team collaboration
  • Contribute to a positive, accountable, and growth-oriented team culture
What We’re Looking For
  • DDS/DMD from an accredited dental program
  • Licensed and in good standing with the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario (RCDSO)
  • Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
  • Excellent communication and patient engagement abilities
  • Commitment to high-quality, ethical dentistry
  • Team-oriented mindset with a growth mentality

Competitive compensation aligned with production

Strong patient base and consistent schedule

Experienced clinical and administrative support teams

Modern, fully equipped practices (digital workflows, technology-enabled care)

Flexible scheduling opportunities across locations

Mentorship and growth opportunities for early-career dentists

Supportive leadership team focused on your success

Why Join Auric Dental?

You are not just another provider
—you are part of a network that values your clinical voice

We invest in people, process, and technology

You’ll work in a culture that balances performance with respect and support

Opportunity to grow within a multi-location, expanding organization
