Acuren Wind is seeking a dedicated Operations Field Specialist for its Quebec client site. The role encompasses field operations, ensuring safety, and enhancing performance metrics. You will collaborate with the Construction Manager to achieve objectives in execution excellence, customer loyalty, and financial performance while working alongside an experienced team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support field operations and project execution
• Deliver high-quality technical solutions and innovations
• Collaborate with construction teams for project success
• Ensure safety and performance standards are met
• Engage in customer loyalty initiatives and performance tracking
Requirements:
• Experience in wind energy or related field
• Bilingual in English and French preferred
• Capable of working a 6 weeks on, 1 week off schedule
• Strong focus on safety and execution excellence
• Ability to work collaboratively in diverse teams
