Director of Engineering at Britespan

Location: Wingham

Lead engineering initiatives at Britespan Building Systems as a Director of Engineering & Technical Services in Wingham, Ontario. This in-office role focuses on product development and team leadership.

The Director will report to the VP of Operations and drive growth through management of Engineering, CAD, and Solid Works teams. You will be a hands-on leader, influencing processes, optimizing designs, and ensuring product quality. Strong leadership in technical documentation and product launches will be essential for success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop Engineering and CAD teams

• Establish departmental priorities and performance expectations

Requirements:

• 7+ years of engineering management experience

• Registered Professional Engineer (P.Eng.)

• Strong understanding of structural engineering principles

• Proven leadership in product development and design

• Familiarity with Solid Works and CAD tools
