Key Responsibilities:
• Complete initial five-week paid training program
• Work part-time in community settings during training
• Attend in-person skills labs and virtual learning
• Assist with personal care and household management
• Monitor safety and provide compassionate support
Requirements:
• Valid G or G2 driver’s license and dependable vehicle
• Standard First Aid and level C CPR certification by Day 1
• Updated immunizations and recent TB test documentation
• Clear background check and sector screening
• Willingness to travel for patient care
