This role requires a dynamic leader with solid experience in service operations, responsible for overseeing the entire service management process. You will guide Service Managers, optimize workflows, and support technician training, aligning all efforts with Huron Tractor's mission to maximize productivity and build community trust. Your strategic insights and strong interpersonal skills will play a vital role in executing service initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enhance service strategy implementation across dealerships

• Coach service teams for improved efficiency

• Monitor key operational metrics and develop insights

• Create action plans in partnership with Store Managers

• Promote a proactive safety culture in every aspect

Requirements:

• 7–10 years of experience in service leadership

• Proven track record in dealership management

• Deep understanding of service financials

• Exceptional communication and relationship skills

• Familiarity with Precision Agriculture technologies
