OTC Pharmacy Department Manager

Lead the Over-the-Counter Pharmacy Department at Walmart in Goderich, Ontario. You will ensure excellent service, manage operations, and support department sales effectively.

As an OTC Pharmacy Department Manager, you will work closely with the Store Manager to uphold company standards. This role involves overseeing department operations, managing product shipments, and ensuring compliance with safety procedures. Establish strong relationships with management and provide guidance to Associates for a positive workplace dynamic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Department 40 with end-to-end responsibility

• Process stock, maintain modular integrity, and handle POS

• Ensure a safe working environment for all Associates

• Facilitate in-store certification and licensing for staff

• Collaborate effectively with Division 1 Management

Requirements:

• Age 16 or older

• Commitment to maintaining company policies

• Ability to foster strong relationships in the workplace

• Knowledge of safety and compliance regulations

• Experience in retail management preferred
