Maintenance Supervisor

Location: Goderich, ON

Work Type: Permanent

Salary: $80,000 - $90,000

    • The role

  • Lead monitor and supervise the team in the toolroom
  • Delegate work in toolroom, and communicate with other departments as necessary
  • Schedule and support in organizing presentative mould maintenance as well streamline processes
  • Assign tasks to robot, machine maintenance, mould change leads, and electrician
  • Ensure that all the machine and robot repairs are documented in ERP system
  • Oversee proper functioning and maintenance of auxiliary equipment
  • Oversee and manage building and facilities, as well as communicate issues to the technical manager
  • Other duties as assigned by management

    • What you’ll bring

  • 5 plus years of experience working with injection molding machines and IML robotics
  • Ability to read electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic schematics
  • Trouble shoot problem machines, robots and equipment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and computer-based manufacturing systems
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities
