UX/UI Designer

Step into a studio culture where internship work, real ownership, and a $51,000 - $68,000 budget back an UX/UI Designer who actually ships. The shape of it is simple - bring 4 years and Accountability, take home $51,000 - $68,000, and grow into whatever Strategic Solutions Inc builds next.

• Frame the design rationale so mid-level approvers feel smart agreeing with you
• Stage A/B variants that isolate one creative variable cleanly
• Borrow structure from film editing to fix an A/B Testing sequence that drags
• Wring narrative clarity from a feature list three product managers fought over
• Spin one campaign idea into thirty platform-native cuts before lunch
• Translate abstract briefs into clear, detail-loving visual directions

• A heads-down-and-happy attitude and eagerness to learn new skills
• At least 4 years of standing behind your own estimates
• A communicator who writes the meeting recap nobody asked for but everyone reads
• Willingness to relocate to Rapid City, SD, or to make remote work
• Pattern recognition earned across many creative engagements

Trusted by businesses nationwide, Strategic Solutions Inc operates a mission-soaked creative platform from its Rapid City base. We keep ego out of code review and let the Accountability argument win on its merits.

Expect $51,000 - $68,000 plus full medical, dental, and vision benefits, generous paid time off, and real mentorship from day one.

As of this visit, Strategic Solutions Inc is actively reviewing for the UX/UI Designer role.
