Legacy Healthcare LLC is hiring a Nurse Aide for overnight shifts at Wellshire Huron Assisted Living Facility in Huron, SD.

As a Nurse Aide you are the front line of the Clinical Department. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Wellshire Huron by performing activities of daily living (ADLs), observing changes in condition, ensuring a safe environment, and maintaining education.

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Observe and report changes in residents’ condition to nursing staff.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents.
• Provide timely education and support to residents.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current State of South Dakota Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A.) certificate.
• Current CPR certification.
• Minimum one year C.N.A. experience (preferred but not required).
