Full-Time Medical Laboratory Technician – Huron, South Dakota

Connected Health Care, a premier recruitment and staffing firm, is currently seeking a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) to join the lab team of one of our trusted healthcare partners in Huron, SD. This is a full-time generalist role with no phlebotomy required, offering a great opportunity for skilled lab professionals looking for career stability and professional growth.

• Perform routine laboratory tests in hematology, chemistry, urinalysis, microbiology, immunology, and blood bank.
• Analyze, interpret, and report test results accurately and promptly.
• Operate and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with hospital and laboratory policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with medical and nursing staff to provide high-quality patient care.
• Maintain detailed records and documentation to ensure quality control.

• Associate degree in Clinical Laboratory Science, Medical Laboratory Technology, or related field.
• Certification by ASCP, AMT, or equivalent.
• Must meet CLIA qualifications for high‑complexity testing.
• 1 year of generalist lab experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
