This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced PT to work in a dynamic healthcare setting while earning top compensation.

• Assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs to improve patient mobility, function, and quality of life.
• Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and patient education to optimize rehabilitation outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and modify care plans.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations while maintaining high standards of patient care.

• Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Minimum of one year of experience in a clinical or rehabilitation setting preferred.

• Active Physical Therapist license in South Dakota (or compact state eligibility).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
