• Lead shifts, monitor performance, and take action to ensure the team meets McDonald’s standards.
• Assist store management in meeting store goals within a fast‑paced environment.
• Monitor safety, security, and profitability of the restaurant.
• Partner with crew and managers to create an engaging workplace.
• Achieve targets during shifts and support overall store objectives.
• Support open-world scheduling for a full‑time position.
