• Developing and executing a sales strategy to grow market share in South Dakota.
• Building relationships with growers, dealers, and retailers to drive sales.
• Providing technical expertise on seed and biological product placement.
• Coaching and training sellers on product knowledge and agronomic solutions.
• Collaborating with product development and marketing teams to support territory growth.
• Acting as a trusted advisor to help customers optimize seed selection and yield potential.

• A strong background in seed sales and agronomy.
• Proven ability to develop new business and expand market share.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and training skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and grow a territory independently.
• A self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for sales and customer success.

Compensation: $80,000 per year
