VSSL - VSSL is our streaming audio brand focused on bridging the gap between custom AV and smart home/WiFi systems. VSSL is utilized globally to make streaming superior audio to home or commercial speakers easier than ever.

This position works with both existing and new accounts creating and managing strong customer relationships in Accounts Receivable and supporting daily bookkeeping operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Accounts Receivables, invoicing, collections, and account reconciliations
• Assist with essential bookkeeping duties and general financial administrative tasks
• Maintain accurate financial records and resolve customer account inquiries promptly
• Communicate clearly and professionally with international and domestice distributors, dealer partners, and internal teams.
• Provide timely responses to clients and team members.
• Identify and resolve issues proactively, offering solutions when challenges arise.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure accuracy.

Pay Range: $20 - $25/hour commensurate with experience and personality
