ResponsibilitiesThis Part-Time Associate Admin Assistant position is to manage day to day sales administrative accountabilities including daily audits of route documents, bank deposit preparations and update cashiering system.
TECHNICAL
SKILLS:
- Provide dedicated administrative support in a professional, confidential, and organized manner.
- Ability to verify deposits and prepare consolidated bank deposits daily.
- Update the cashiering systems and analyze documents with customer-specific information.
- Monitor email and phone calls; proactively respond to and/or coordinate issues.
- Organize/maintain department files, both electronic and hard copy.
- Daily interaction with all Functional Teams.
- Maintain a high level of integrity and professionalism in handling confidential material daily.
- Ability to work proficiently and calmly under pressure situations.
- Administer specific applications/time-bound processes within multiple programs.
- Work on special projects as necessary

Compensation and Benefits:
- The expected hourly pay is $23-$25.50 an hour for the role.
- Expected working hours per week are 25 hours for this role, Monday to Friday, 5 hours a day.

- Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 2+ year experience Admin Support Consumer Goods Company.
- Detailed knowledge and experience in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
- Ability to become proficient in multiple IT applications.
- Experience in prioritizing work and multi-tasking - Strong sense of urgency.
- Outstanding organizational and follow-up skills — Discretion with sensitive information.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Requires creative thinking and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
