We are looking for a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our in‑house therapy team. This full‑time position offers a flexible schedule, work‑life balance, and the opportunity to work in a growing post‑acute care facility.

• Assist certified Physical Therapists with treatment plans for patients in long‑term, short‑term, and outpatient settings.
• Perform therapeutic exercises and modalities under PT supervision.
• Document patient progress and update care records.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to ensure quality of care.
• Maintain infection control standards to keep staff and residents safe.
