Machine Technician I (Operator) – Litehouse Inc.

• Operate and lead key machinery, striving for efficient output of quality products.
• Set up, operate and adjust machinery.
• Perform changeovers and washes that meet or exceed specifications.
• Adhere to Food Safety policies and report food safety and quality concerns.
• Ensure products meet customer and quality requirements.
• Perform basic maintenance, preventive maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Maintain a clean work area and participate in housekeeping throughout the facility and grounds.

• High School Diploma or GED (strongly preferred).
• Mechanically inclined preferred.
• Fully trained and experienced in the operation of one production machine as defined at each plant and/or equivalent work experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with ability to express ideas professionally.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all contacts inside and outside the company.
• Ability to multi‑task, focus and work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Must be able to frequently work overtime and weekends as necessary.
• Must be able to work scheduled shifts and meet attendance requirements.
• Must be able to pass a background check. Any job offer will be based on the results of the background check.
