The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to own and execute “start to finish” variable tasks such as planograms, merchandise assembly, fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The FAST Team Member will interact with customers and Team Members, while delivering a Legendary Customer Experience.

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts, including varied hours, days, nights, and overtime as needed.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor on work progress and issues.
• Complete planograms, resets, and store layout initiatives accurately and timely.
• Maintain visual merchandise standards and perform store-specific measurements.
• Complete cycle counts and the Tractor Way top cap process.
• Hang store signage and assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Ensure planogram integrity through detailed recovery and review.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA:
  Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, and Ask for value addition.
• Provide a memorable shopping experience that stands out from competitors.
• Provide peak coverage during high-traffic times (e.g., Day After Thanksgiving).
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience required.
• Knowledge of farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding preferred.
• Must be 18+ years old with a valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Interpersonal skills and ethical conflict resolution.
• Self-directed with the ability to complete tasks independently.

• Mostly indoor work with moderate noise; outdoor lots may be hard surfaces.
• Shifts typically no less than 4 hours; may exceed 8 hours.
• Travel in personal vehicle required; long periods of travel expected.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and promote a safe work environment.

• Ability to travel as needed.
• Push, pull, lift (up to 50 lbs), and reach overhead.
• Stand, kneel, twist, crouch, and climb ladders.
• Operate store equipment and communicate effectively.
• Handle and be in contact with birds/poultry.
• Complete all training successfully.
