Starting Hourly Rate: $15.00 USD per hour.

Join to apply for the GM and Food role s position focuses on store processes and efficiency to enable a consistent experience for guests, including inbound, outbound, replenishment, pricing, and fulfillment activities across General Merchandise areas.

• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you complete daily tasks and assist guests with their needs.
• Execute daily tasks assigned by leadership to support business priorities, including receiving products, restocking shelves, organizing backrooms, arranging merchandise, and putting up promotional signs for GM areas.
• Operate power equipment if certified to move merchandise or store fixtures.
• Handle price changes, merchandise setup and maintenance, and inventory accuracy as directed.
• Learn how operational procedures affect inventory management, store profitability, and product availability.
• Be knowledgeable about resources, products, and services in the total store to solve guest issues and improve their experience.
• Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services (back-up cashier, digital fulfillment processes such as picking/packing orders or delivering pickup orders) while complying with applicable laws and store policies.
• Other duties as needed based on business needs.

• Ability to lift and move merchandise up to 44 pounds and to operate in varying temperatures and environments as required by the role.

• Ability to communicate using multiple devices and operate scanners and other technology as directed.
• Ability to resolve guest questions quickly and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
