APPLIANCE AND ELECTRONICS TECHNICIAN – In Home Service Repair

As an Appliance & Electronics Technician you will diagnose and repair customer units, contact customers, schedule and run calls, order parts, install parts, test operation, document failed attempts, finalize billing, and complete additional tasks within agreed timelines.

• Contact customer at the start of each work day.
• Run all scheduled calls for the day.
• Accurately diagnose appliances and electronics.
• Order parts and add comments to the work order from the customer's home.
• Install parts on units and test operation after installation.
• Call tech line and document call in the system after any failed repair attempt.
• Finalize all billing notes from the customer's home.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned within the agreed time‑frame.

• High School Graduate or GED.
• Strong customer and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑starter with strong multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently or within a team.
• Adherence to company image and public confidence.
