We are looking for a Construction Manager to lead the vertical building and site development side of our projects. We offer maximum opportunity for growth

We are seeking a Commercial Building Construction Manager to oversee the ground-up construction of the Convenience Store (C-Store) and general site development.

Note:

You will not be responsible for the installation of underground fuel tanks or fuel lines. Your focus is the building, the site, and the customer experience.

• Vertical Construction Leadership: Manage the complete construction of the commercial building (C-Store) from foundation to finish, including framing, roofing, interior fit-out, and MEP systems.
• Site Harmony: Coordinate effectively with the separate Fueling Systems contractors. You will ensure the building schedule aligns with their install, preventing bottlenecks on site.
• Vendor & Subcontractor Management: Build and maintain relationships with concrete, electrical, plumbing, and finish subcontractors. You are the face of our "family first" reputation in the field.
• Quality & Safety: Ensure the retail space is built to the highest commercial standards (QSR/Restaurant grade) and maintain a safe job site for all trades.

  Manage the "Building" budget with an owner’s mindset, ensuring we stay lean and efficient without cutting corners on quality.

• Commercial Expert: You have 3-5+ years of experience in commercial construction (Retail, Quick Service Restaurants, or General Commercial). Fuel experience is a plus, but not required.
• Fit-Out Specialist: You have a keen eye for interior finishes, millwork, and the details that make a retail space inviting.
• Collaborative: You know how to work alongside other team members without friction.
