We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Auto Finance Director to lead and manage our automotive finance operations. This is a key leadership role responsible for guiding our financial strategy, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving overall financial performance. You will work closely with executive leadership to align financial planning with our long-term business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute financial strategies to support organizational growth and stability.
  • Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes to ensure accuracy and transparency.
  • Manage cash flow, investment activities, and capital allocation to optimize financial outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate sales performance, customer service metrics, and contract negotiations.
  • Oversee and enhance title and loan processing procedures.
  • Mentor and lead a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Utilize CRM tools to support client engagement and satisfaction.
  • Analyze financial trends and market data to identify new growth opportunities in auto sales and financing.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Proven success in a senior finance leadership role (e.g., Director of Finance or equivalent).
  • Strong background in financial reporting, contract management, sales analysis, and customer service.
  • Proficiency in industry-relevant financial software.
  • Experience in loan processing or working as a loan officer is highly valued.
  • Excellent analytical and mathematical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and with external stakeholders.
