Full‑time; 40 hours weekly. Monday – Thursday 7:45 am – 5:00 pm;
Friday 7:30 am – 12:30 pm.

• High School Diploma or equivalent (REQUIRED)
• Current Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification (REQUIRED)
• 1 year of experience as a Certified Medical Assistant (PREFERRED)
• ACLS or BCLS upon hire (PREFERRED)
• Bilingual – English/Spanish (STRONGLY PREFERRED)
• Recent phlebotomy experience (STRONGLY PREFERRED)
• EPIC system experience (PREFERRED)

• Delivers patient care utilizing the Certified Medical Assistant Process
• Conducts patient check‑out, surgery scheduling, and post‑operative calls as primary function of the position
• Communicates with patients regarding test results and plan of care by phone or mail as directed by physician
• Provides for patient safety and protects patient privacy rights
• Assists in front office duties as needed
• Performs other duties as assigned by practice manager, senior staff, or healthcare provider(s)
