Entry‑Level Technical Support Representative (Seasonal)

About the RoleAre you tech‑savvy, customer‑focused, and looking for a fun, fast‑paced seasonal opportunity? Join our Technical Support team to keep franchisees’ technology running smoothly. Full training is provided, and you’ll gain real‑world IT support experience while working in a supportive, team‑oriented environment.
Responsibilities- Respond to customer support requests via phone, email, or ticketing system
- Troubleshoot basic software and hardware issues by guiding users step‑by‑step
- Escalate complex issues to higher‑level support when necessary
- Document and update all tickets accurately and clearly
- Provide friendly, professional customer service at every interaction
- Collaborate with team members to share solutions and improve processes
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain tech in simple terms
- Customer‑first mindset with a positive, can‑do attitude
- Basic understanding of computers, software, and connectivity issues
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and stay calm under pressure
- Willingness to learn new technologies (training provided)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous customer service or call‑center experience preferred (not required)
- On‑site position at the Hurst office
- Primarily working at a computer with occasional light lifting (up to 20 lbs)
