• Respond to customer support requests via phone, email, or ticketing system
• Troubleshoot basic software and hardware issues by guiding users step‑by‑step
• Escalate complex issues to higher‑level support when necessary
• Document and update all tickets accurately and clearly
• Provide friendly, professional customer service at every interaction
• Collaborate with team members to share solutions and improve processes

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain tech in simple terms
• Customer‑first mindset with a positive, can‑do attitude
• Basic understanding of computers, software, and connectivity issues
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and stay calm under pressure
• Willingness to learn new technologies (training provided)

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous customer service or call‑center experience preferred (not required)

• On‑site position at the Hurst office
• Primarily working at a computer with occasional light lifting (up to 20 lbs)
