Well maybe it's time you moved up. You want to be the boss? Well now's your chance—Domino’s Pizza is hiring bosses, more specifically general managers. It’s a tough job that needs someone who can exercise judgment, handle basic math, and multitask. You’ll be working for a company that’s fun and flexible, and it’s work experience you’ll use for a long time.

- Oversee everything that happens during your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
- Set the example and enforce all policy and procedures 100% of the time, and expect the same from the crew.
- Staff, handle paperwork, maintain cost controls, manage food, adhere to the schedule, uphold the store’s image and standards, provide excellent customer service, maintain attendance and punctuality, ensure transportation to/from work, keep the store clean, promote marketing, and achieve profitability.
- Operate all equipment and maintain stocks of ingredients from delivery to storage.
- Prepare product, receive and process telephone orders, take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
- Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
- Complete orientation and training provided on the job.
- Possess strong communication skills—verbal, written, and telephone—to give correct instructions and process orders.
- Perform basic arithmetic quickly and accurately; use calculator as needed.
- Handle monetary transactions and provide correct change.
- Demonstrate motor coordination for rapid, precise movements and be able to enter orders on a computer keyboard or touch screen.
- Be physically capable of standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and occasionally climbing stairs or ladders; tolerate varying temperatures and exposure to food odors and cornmeal dust.
- Navigate adverse terrain during delivery, with a valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
- Standing: most tasks performed from a standing position.
- Walking: for short distances and durations.
- Lifting: bulk product deliveries up to 50 pounds.
- Carrying: large cans, pizza sauce, trays of dough, etc.
- Climbing: infrequently navigate stairs or ladders.
- Bending, stooping, and reaching: forward, down, and over; perform for 30–45 seconds at a time and repeat throughout the day.
- Speed and precision: handle dough, use pizza peel, rolling cutter, and cardboard box assembly.
- Deliver product by car to customers and deliver flyers or door hangers.
- Navigate multi‑story buildings, private homes, and adverse terrain while carrying product.
