As a Veterinary Receptionist you will play a key role in delivering high-quality care and ensuring smooth operations.

Your Impact as a Receptionist
  • Direct the first impression: manage a multi-line phone system, greet clients positively, and ensure every interaction reflects our compassionate care.
  • Coordinate seamless care: maintain accurate medical records, manage appointment schedules, and handle financial transactions.
  • Advocate for pet health: educate clients on preventative care and hospital services.
  • Embedd compassion: be a calming presence for clients, demonstrating empathy and respect.
What You’ll Bring To The Team
  • A passion for excellent customer service and a genuine love for animals.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to manage stressful situations with judgment and positivity.
  • Strong organizational skills, able to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • A collaborative, team-first mindset; able to work independently and with direction.
  • Experience with veterinary software preferred. Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, is required.
