The successful Optical Sales Associate provides a professional and positive experience for patients, customers, colleagues, and business partners, working with the Optical Sales Manager to:

• Deliver excellence in customer service and satisfaction
• Drive sales and control expenses
• Achieve personal and store goals
• Execute effective operational and procedural processes
• Engage with patients and customers to fulfill prescriptive eyewear needs

What we need:

• Optical / Retail skills preferred
• Ability to connect with customers, uncover needs, recommend items, and educate on purchases using our CURE selling model
• Polished and professional communication and customer-centric service skills
• Ability to use POS and computer systems
• Capable of interacting with diverse people
• Self-motivated, action-oriented, and a creative problem solver open to feedback and learning
• Reliability and punctuality
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and special sales events
• Ability to meet physical demands and multitask in a busy environment
