Hours:

40–60 hours/week

Prime Access Wireless – Authorized Total Wireless by Verizon Dealer. As we expand across the Dallas–Fort Worth area, we’re hiring hands‑on, motivated Store Managers who can lead by example, drive sales, and build strong team culture in a fast‑paced wireless environment.

• Lead daily operations and sales efforts at the store
• Manage, train, and motivate sales associates
• Monitor performance metrics and ensure store targets are met
• Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally
• Maintain accurate inventory and manage stock levels
• Implement local marketing strategies to grow store traffic
• Ensure compliance with company standards and Total's brand guidelines

• Natural leader with strong coaching and mentoring skills
• Sales‑driven mindset with a focus on results
• Ability to manage team dynamics and delegate effectively
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills
• Adaptability in a fast‑changing wireless environment

• Bilingual in Spanish & English (Required)
• High School diploma or GED (Required)
• Valid Driver’s License (Required)
• At least 18 years old
• Minimum 1–2 years of retail or wireless management experience
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Background check required

• Experience with Verizon or other wireless providers
• Strong knowledge of sales techniques, KPIs, and inventory systems
• Previous experience in launching or managing a new store

• Typically 5–6 days/week
• Mix of open and closing shifts
• Flexibility required for peak sales days and promotions
