• Ensure reliable store support as a core staff associate with consistent schedules, keeping the store running smoothly.

• Uphold merchandising and retail operational standards, ensuring a smooth, on‑brand operation.
• Consistently deliver on KPIs, embrace cross‑training across store functions, mentor new team members, and live our values to Dream, Care, Dare, and Deliver every day.
• All other duties as assigned.

• Result‑oriented seller with at least one year of experience in a high‑performance selling environment.
• Developed a sense of care in written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to charm and captivate an audience, connecting with people at all levels of the organization.
• At least 18 years old, able to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• Flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays; stand for extended periods, lift 50+ pounds, and arrive on time.
• Consistent schedule, availability of at least 20 hours per week preferred.
• Hours up to 12 hours per week base, increasing to 21 hours during peak weeks (not to exceed 30 hours per week).
