What We're Looing For:Valid CDL-A Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
3+ years of experience in loading, securing, and transporting heavy construction equipment and materials.
Ability to stay focused and efficient in a fast-paced work environment.
Capability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist with physical tasks as needed.
Ability to pass background and drug testing in compliance with federal and state regulations.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus.
Key ResponsibilitiesOperate a company vehicle in compliance with state and federal transportation laws.
Safely transport construction materials, equipment, and supplies to job sites, ensuring timely deliveries while obeying all traffic laws and safety regulations.
Assist with loading, unloading, and returning equipment (ex. skid steers), goods, and materials using specialized machinery when necessary.
Maintain accurate documentation including invoices, bills of lading, and shipping paperwork.
Perform routine truck maintenance checks such as oil, water, gasoline, and air; report any maintenance issues to the Fleet Mechanic.
Arrange optimal trailer loading in the shipping yard for efficiency.
Perform other related duties as assigned to support the team.
