As a Patient Coordinator, you will report to the Manager and perform daily front office tasks to create lasting impressions and build trust and loyalty with patients. When you join Aspen Dental, you’ll participate in a four‑week training program to succeed in your role.
- Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies, procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments, organize charts, verify insurance, and collect payments
- Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing
- Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset
- Strong regard for time management
- Organized and detail‑oriented
- Must be age 18 or older
