ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for the following:
- Greet and engage patients with respect and a smile.
- Provide excellent customer service and address any scheduling-related inquiries or concerns.
- Update, maintain, and coordinate the scheduling system and patient records for multiple providers.
- Answering scheduling queries via email and phone.
- Confirm appointments and obtain patient's consents.
- Send reminders to patients.
- Reschedule appointments when necessary.
- Collaborate with other team members to optimize scheduling processes and improve overall efficiency
- Performing other administrative tasks when required.
- Maintain a clean, sterile, and patient-centric working environment.
- Maintain strict compliance with State, Federal, and other regulations, (e.g, OSHA, WC, Dental Board, HIPAA, ADA, DOL, Employee Handbook).
- Must be able to travel to all of our locations. Transporation and travel time paid.
You will be required to possess the following:
- Proficiency in scheduling software and basic computer skills.
- Detailed oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.
- Commitment to being punctual and reporting to work on time.
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Desire and ability to learn new skills and be a team player.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the desire for professional growth.
- Be organized and possess a superior knowledge of dentistry and dental terminology.
